What information do we collect?

Web: We collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter, or respond to a survey. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.  Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on your site. SaaS: We collect information from you or your customers when you use our software as a service platform for the purposes of operational transactions.  Information may include: name, e-mail address, mailing address, and/or phone number.

What do we use your or your customers' information for?

Web: Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs).
  • To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)
  • To send periodic emails. The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

SaaS: The information we collect from you or your customers’ is used to process operational transactions. The information collected, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

How do we protect your and your customers' information?

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Once you contact Rynly (contact information available below), we will provide you with a Limited Release of Information Form to fill out.  This will allow you to detail and approve what information about you may be shared. 

We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law (including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements), enforce our policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.  We assume liability in cases where there are transfers of data to third parties.

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

How can I submit a complaint for possible privacy issues?

Rynly complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Rynly has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union and the United Kingdom in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF.  If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles the Principles shall govern.
