Setup your Rynly user account at shiprynly.com. Here you can place new orders, track packages in flight, or review your shipping history. Placing a new order is as simple as entering as entering shipment details, printing the provided label, and affixing it your box.
HOW IT WORKS
CREATE AN ORDER IN THE USER PORTAL
DROP PACKAGE OFF AT HUB / AWAIT PICKUP
Drop your package off at one of the hubs listed on the user portal. Or, if you’ve selected the pickup option, wait for us to send a driver to you! You can monitor your shipments’ progress each step of your way using your tracking number.
OUR APP WILL FIND DRIVERS NEAR YOU
We find and notify drivers likely to be commuting near each delivery segment. Drivers receive notifications via our mobile app and can opt-in to accept any job in their vicinity. Our platform is designed from the ground up to make it as easy as possible for folks already on the road to supplement their daily commute.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Our drivers are everyday folks like me and you. To keep them safe and to keep things simple, we have a few straightforward restrictions:
- No firearms or hazardous materials
- No restaurant deliveries
- No animals
SHIPPING HOURS
Monday - Friday
8am - 5pm
In most cases, we will pick up your package within 4 hours of your entering into the system. If a package is created after 2PM, we may pick up your package the next business day before noon. Regardless of time of pick up, we will honor final delivery time commitments.
